I have trust issues because even my own shadow leaves me when things get dark

You can’t break then fix someone cause in the end, you’ll just leave them more broken.

Me: I want to get better. I want to be happy and live a full life.
Also me: ok... yeah, but what if we just sabotaged ourself instead.
